Podiatry Appointments- Skin and Nail Problems
Initial Podiatry Appointment (30 mins) – £65
For new patients attending with nail or skin problems including ingrowing toenails, corns and hard skin. Your podiatrist will assess the problem, provide hands-on treatment, offer personalised advice and discuss any ongoing care needed.

Follow-Up Podiatry Appointment (30 mins) – £55
For returning patients with ongoing nail or skin conditions or returning musculoskeletal conditions.
A focused treatment session to maintain or improve the health of your nails and skin, keeping you comfortable and mobile or a follow up MSK appointment.

Musculoskeletal (MSK) Podiatry
Initial MSK Podiatry Appointment (60 mins) – £115

For foot and lower-limb joint, tendon or muscle problems, including:

  • Plantar fasciitis
  • Achilles tendon pain
  • Heel pain
  • Ankle injuries

Overuse and biomechanical issues
This appointment includes a detailed history and biomechanical assessment, video gait analysis, hands-on treatment where appropriate and a personalised rehab or orthotic plan.

Orthotics
Custom-Made Foot Orthoses – £325
Includes:

  • State of the art 3D scanning
  • Custom orthotic manufacture
  • Fitting appointment
  • One review appointment

Designed to reduce pain, improve function and support long-term outcomes and prevent future problems.

Nail Surgery Packages
Nail Surgery – One Toe – £350
Nail Surgery – Two Toes – £525

Both packages include:
  • Consultation on the day of surgery

Diagnostic & Injection Services (Available at Our Wickford Practice)
Diagnostic Ultrasound Scan – £125
A high-quality musculoskeletal ultrasound scan performed in-clinic by our expert sonographer and physiotherapist, Chris Barker giving you an immediate diagnosis and clear explanation of findings and a detailed report sent to you within 48 you can forward to your GP or any other health professional

Ultrasound-Guided Steroid Injection – £225
Performed by Chris Barker these reduce inflammation and pain with precision. Ultrasound ensures accuracy and comfort. Effective for plantar fasciitis and joint conditions.

Ultrasound-Guided Hyaluronic Acid Injection – £325
Often used for joint or arthritic pain but we can also use for plantar fasciitis as it has less side effects than a steroid injection. These provide lubrication and support to improve mobility and reduce discomfort. Again performed by Chris Barker our in-house expert sonographer.
